Project One – AI-enhenced Marine Industrial Complex

Overview:
Project One is a flagship large-scale industrial and export development zone strategically located on Sumatra’s west coast. It combines metallurgical and advanced materials processing with a purpose-built marine logistics port, renewable energy supply, and AI-driven industrial automation infrastructure.

This smart industrial ecosystem is designed to support low-carbon production, digital operations, and efficient global supply chain connectivity.

Project Two – Jambi-1 Hybrid Energy Facility

Location: Jambi Province, Sumatra, Indonesia Sector: Hybrid Renewable Power | Energy Infrastructure | Grid Reliability | Utility-Scale Investment

Overview: Jambi-1 is a strategically located 600MW hybrid power project designed to ensure stable, low-emission energy supply for industrial zones and national grid support. Developed in collaboration with regional authorities PLN, the project integrates solar PV, biomass energy, and high-efficiency coal co-firing under a future-ready, scalable infrastructure platform.

The facility is engineered to reduce dependence on fossil peaking systems and to serve as a replicable model for Indonesia’s energy transition strategy..

Timeline:
• Q2 2025: Solar EPC Selection
• Q3 2025: Thermal Engineering Start
• 2026: Construction Phase Begins
